WELCOME TO JOHNSONS WIREWORKS & ENGINEERING

A family owned business since 1975, Johnsons Wireworks & Engineering is a well established manufacturing and wireworking business which has been serving a loyal client base in Invercargill and the wider Southland area for over 38 years. Donald and Helen Peterson have been at the helm for the last 12 years and continue to offer a wide range of products and services to the discerning customer including the design and manufacture of:

  • Quality hand-crafted wrought iron gates, fences and balustrades, in a wide range of design styles, for both the commercial and domestic property markets. We are the WROUGHT IRON SPECIALISTS!
  • Design, fabrication and painting of refuse bins, including on-going repairs, for various major contractors in the South Island.
  • Manufacture and supply of woven wire meshes for use by agricultural, architectural, industrial and transport industries.
  • Provision of general engineering services, both on and off-site.
  • Manufacture and distribution of patented Rolla-Master Tailing Chutes for the agricultural industry both in New Zealand and overseas.
  • A range of fireguards, spark guards and general safety guards.
  • A wide range of wire products with in-house plastic-coating facility.
